Chair Massage
This is a quick and effective massage using a massage chair instead of table. This style is perfect for beginners who want to give massage a try. It’s also great for those who are on-the-go and don’t have too much time for a more lengthy massage. Click here to learn more.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated, lubricated with essential oils and applied directly to the body for a more relaxing massage. The therapeutic effect of this heat achieves a similar effect to a deep-tissue massage as the heat penetrates deeper into the body than a traditional massage. Click here to learn more.
Cupping Massage
Cupping is a modern adaptation of an ancient art. While a typical massage is performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. The cups themselves can either be statically placed on the body or used in a manner similar to the gliding strokes of a Swedish massage.
